DROOM VAN DE JEUGD | DREAM OF THE YOUTH
CHILDHOOD DREAMS is a nine-part family chronicle about an ordinary Dutch family, in which an unusually big secret seeps like poison through the different generations. From the tumultuous 1960s to the present, the series shows how capricious and unpredictable life unfolds for the originally Catholic Wander family from Brabant. The series was selected for the prestigious Cannes Séries festival, where it had it’s official world premiere.
Starring Hannah van Vliet, Tamar van der Dop, Annet Malherbe, Mark Rietman, Jacob Derwig, Peter Paul Muller and Gijs Naber screenplay Marnie Blok directed by Bram Schouw and Simone van Dusseldorp produced by Topkapi Series in co-production with Dutch broadcaster KRO-NCRV.
